Former fortified city, illustrated by Sisley, the town is guarded by two gates and a dungeon (from the 12th century). Notre-Dame Church (12th and 16th century), façade François 1st. A medieval city, Morêt sur Loing is a charming fortified town with the river Loing running along it.
It is not without reason that Alfred Sisley painted over half of his canvases here, inspired by the beauty of the landscapes.
